OUR APPROACH
Look, we get it. As introverts ourselves, we often struggle with feeling out of place in front of the camera (still trying to work up the courage to get that Youtube channel going) so trust us when we say every couple on this website said to us at some point that they think they’re awkward and uncomfortable in front of the camera.
The idea of hiring a photo and video team to document you feels kind of weird, right? It doesn’t have to be. That's why our primary focus, above all else, is to ensure you have a great time. When you look back at your photos or film years from now, we want you to remember the precious moments spent with your closest friends and family—the laughter, the tears, and the unexpected surprises. We don't want you to remember feeling uncomfortable, awkward, rushed, stressed, or being pulled away from your loved ones to strike rigid poses.
Can you guess who you spend the majority of your wedding day with? It’s your photographer and videographer. That is why it’s so important to choose a documentation team you vibe with, one that gets where you’re coming from and understands what’s important to you.

Yes, we offer family lifestyle sessions on film and super 8mm! We take a documentary approach, allowing you to play and interact without much intervention from us - capturing your family in a natural and authentic way. We can come to your home and meet you at a location of your choosing.
Brands / Photographers - we offer film photography and super 8mm content for your socials, website, and more. Contact us to chat about your idea!

PROCESS
01. Say “Hey!”
Reach out to us via our contact form to tell us about you, your celebration, and what you’re looking for in documentation. We’ll get back to you ASAP to set up a call, so you can fill us in on the details and ask us all of your burning questions. We take limited number of weddings per year so reach out sooner than later!
02. save The date
After we vibe on our call and decide we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll send over a custom proposal based on what we discussed. If all looks good, we just need a signed contract and 25% retainer to lock in your date!
03. LET’S BE FRIENDS
Seriously. Slide into our DMs with any updates, things you’re excited about, questions, seek advice, or just to say hey! Around the 6-month mark, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to check-in on how the planning process is going. If you’re local, we’d love to meetup at some point for a beer, coffee, or round of mini-golf (if you’re ok losing). So, when we show up on your wedding day, we’re already old friends 🙂
04. Say “I do”
The day has arrived and we’ll be there to capture it all while providing support, a calming presence, and a few dad jokes. We can’t wait!
05. Gallery delivery
In about a week or so following your wedding, we will deliver either your sneak peak photos or teaser film! Approximately 3-5 months following your wedding, we’ll deliver your final gallery. If you’re receiving a photo gallery, it will be delivered via pic-time where you’ll be able to share the photos with family and friends and order prints, books, and frames of your choosing. If you’re receiving a super 8mm or digital wedding film, it will be delivered via Vidflow, an online video gallery. You’ll be able to watch your film and any extras, share it with friends and family, and download the original files.

Yes! A 25% retainer is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due no more than a week before your wedding.

We pour our heart and soul into each film we craft. Our typical turnaround time is 4-5 months but depending on the season, it could be sooner or longer. We promise it’s worth the wait!

We love to travel! We are based out of Connecticut and frequently travel throughout New England. We also love traveling throughout the country, so reach out about your destination wedding/elopement to discuss rates.

Each film dictates its own unique music selection. We’d love to hear about some of your favorite artists to help insprire us. While we can’t / won’t use “popular” music in our films, we do license our music from an amazing website that features incredible music from bands and artists. We choose songs based on how the footage speaks to us and the energy of the day.

As soon as we receive your questionnaire back, we’ll reach out to your photographer and wedding planner to discuss the flow and timeline of your day and how we can all work together to make it as seamless and fun of a day as possible!
While we may move you into more flattering light or get that stray hair that’s across your face, we prefer to capture the day non-intrusively, from an observant’s perspective, allowing moments to unfold naturally. We work best with other creatives and vendors that approach the day in a similar way.

Yes - in fact, we encourage it! We would love to have a coffee or beer (on us!) with you before the wedding to break the ice and get to know each other a little better. Meeting before the wedding day will help make the day-of more comfortable, resulting in a better film. Let’s be friends! ✌️
